Jessica Hammond, Ed.D., is the Senior Director of Learning and Development at Frog Street, where she leads professional development strategy and educator support initiatives across the country. Her work brings together research and classroom practice, helping educators find the learning already happening in everyday moments and communicate it with confidence.
